Poliisin kimppuun käyminen on lähes aina törkeä rikos. Vähemmällä voi päästä, jos omaa hyvät asianajajat ja pystyy pistämään poliisin ahtaalle jostain kohtaa. Virkavallan väkivaltainen vastustaminen menee hyvin nopeasti myös pahoinpitelyjen luokkaan. Stevarin leipominen lättyyn ei siis sekään ole kovin hyvä idea. Ainakaan, jos aikoo jäädä kiinni.
UCAS:sissä magian käyttö rikoksessa on lähes aina törkeä rikos. Jenkkien oikeusjärjestelmän ja kristillisten arvojen päälle rakennettu järjestelmä on todella mulkku Heränneitä kohtaan. Pidätystilanteessa kaikki magian käyttö lasketaan myös aseelliseksi voimankäytöksi riippumatta siitä kohdistuuko käyttö henkilöihin. Tämä tarkoittaa, että Lone Star voi melko turvallisin mielin ampua maagin, jos tämä käyttää näkyvää magiaa pidätystä edeltävinä hetkinä.

Possession is simply that; owning or carrying the designated weapon.
Transportation is the act of carrying or transportation said weapon. Either on one’s person or in a vehicle.
Threat is the act of brandishing said weapon in public, whether or not the weapon was actively and intentionally used to threaten another. Carrying an externally visible weapon is considered a Threat.
This covers any usage of a weapon against or in the general vicinity of a living target or public or private property. It is not necessary to prove intent to harm for this offense, only usage. Neither must harm have resulted from usage of the weapon.
Intent is the same as for Use, except that said weapon is used explicitly to cause physical injury or property damage, whether or not such injury actually occurred. The effects of said weapon are dealt with under Injury/Death Offenses, below.
