Candice, the Major Domo of Gharda chapterhouse

Appearance:

Candice is a well preserved lady around 40. She takes pride in her looks and appears younger than her years. She dresses as a high-born lady, keeping up with Imperial fashions even in the remote chapterhouse. She has features of the Imperial nobility, but darker complexion, betraying her mixed blood.

Story:

Candice was originally a courtesan who plied her trade among the high society of Ameracho. As the illegimate daughter of a nobleman, she received some courtly education during her youth. While in her prime, Candice became involved with a Techmancer of Ordo Machinus. He became impressed with her intellect and organizational talent. She soon left her former profession behind and became an administrator in the employ of the Order.

She served several years on Ameracho before transferring as the Major Domo of Gharda chapterhouse. While on Eurasia, Candice has been cultivating business connections. She is investing in the new trading opportunities connected with the opened ports. Her goal is to return to the Imperial capital as a wealthy woman and buy a noble title.
