In Tartu International Show, Estonia

We are now quite used to travel in the Baltic countries so we headed to Tartu in north-east Estonia this time.
Zelda is still getting her coat so she did better than well. Gale got just what we wanted, so the trip was worth it.
I also handled Dragviken's Hoover Of Samson, "Daim", who became a Estonian Champion! Congratulations to the
owner Tytti and also congratulations from Diiva's success beating Zelda ;)

What a trip! Two shows in two countries and Gale got just what is needed towards Junior Champion titles. So, some more travelling is yet to come...

What a weekend! We're use to having two shows in same weekend, but this time three... Gale did well on different judges with same result on every day.

Zelda running fast
Zelda attended the RotuRace 2008 competition (="Breed Race"). This is a fun competition for other breeds than sighthounds
to run at the course to chase a lure. Teams consisting four dogs of same breed or group runs the 80 meters long distance and the time is taken. Zelda's time
was 8,03 seconds, pretty fast, don't you think?
On the right you can see Zelda chasing the lure in winter with her friend Mandi and Zelda in action in Roturace (Thank you Tytti for the photo!)

Both days with breeder judges and we were happy with these results. I could't handle my dogs myself because of my ankle, so
thank you very, very much Kaija and Anu for handling the dogs! It's so wonderful to have such good friends. And the weekend was full of fun,
since we had rented a summer cottage at the place where Speciality was held. Thank you for all! At least we were pretty exhausted when we came home on Sunday evening.

No success this time, but it was nice to handle Sulo for this judge ;)
I also handled Funny Fabric Tons O'Fun, out of coat, only Very Good and 2nd in Intermediate Class this time. Hopefully next time
when we meet again with Jesse, he will get the last CC needed. We wish all the best for his new owners!

Welcome to Finland Gale!
Gale, Galaxy O'Xamba Yoshi and Us, arrived in Finland. She's owned by Katja Korpisalo (kennel Ramzai) and me (kennel Sno'proof),
but she lives with our dear friend. We would like to thank Jana and her family to let us have her.
Gale will have her own page later on.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008!
It's a new year ahead of us. Zelda will have a little easier show year, since she's a champion now. Also her Mom
Ronja can have rest from the shows, maybe she will attend one or two shows this year.
Othwerwise we have not made any plans, we'll take a one event at the time, maybe some traveling afterall; since the World Winner 2008
is so close to us you can't be away from it!
