Background': Faraj is a young cleric of Sarenrae. His life didn't start out well, as his mother abandoned him for being a half-orc in Qadira. An elderly priest of Sarenrae found him, and noticing a birthmark in the shape of Sarenrae's holy symbol on the child, adopted him. He was given the name Faraj Wahbi, meaning "healing gift".

Faraj grew up in the temple with the priest, learning the divine magic of Sarenrae. He was clearly more interested in the healing than the sun and fire part of it, focusing almost solely on healing spells and channeling. He even refuses to harm undead with this positive energy, thinking that it's keeping his team in good shape is more of his thing.

After the priest died (of old age), Faraj bought a donkey, named her Soraya, and left his village to go somewhere else, as he wasn't liked much despite the healing. While he is small and skinny, his orc heritage shows very clearly on his face, a thing he is ashamed about.

At some point he found his way into Absalom and learned about the Pathfinders. He thought that his healing would be put into good use in the organization and joined. During his first missions he has begun to think that the Silver Crusade is the right group for him.

Personality-wise Faraj is quite timid, and might stutter a bit when nervous. He isn't also the sharpest pencil in the drawer. If people are nice to him, they will find him very pleasant company, however.

Faraj used to think that he has to try and please everyone but lately he has realized that he is powerful on his own (or well, on his goddess-given powers) and he doesn't have to take insults. Thus, while he still feels like everyone should try to get along, he also feels that people who dismiss his goddess should have a taste of her power to see that Sarenrae is not to be thriffled with. This also extends to people who dismiss gods in general and also come to Faraj when they're dying and in the need of healing. He does heal them, but he isn't as pleasant as with people who share his worldview.
